Terms of Use

MyMember provides membership management software: member records, events, renewals, payments, communication and related tools, delivered as a hosted service.

We may add, change or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces the functionality of a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for everything done under your credentials.

Credentials must not be shared. Tell us immediately if you believe an account has been compromised.

You are responsible for the conduct of the administrators and members you invite into your workspace.

You retain ownership of everything you put into your workspace. We claim no rights over it beyond what is needed to run the service for you.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and store the member data you upload, and for honouring your members' rights over it.

You may export your data at any time while your account is active.

Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to send unsolicited bulk messages.

Do not attempt to access another organisation's workspace, probe or test our security without written permission, or interfere with the service's operation.

Do not reverse engineer, resell or white-label the platform without a written agreement permitting it.

We may suspend an account that is causing harm to the service or to other users, and will tell you why.

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at purchase. Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We may change pricing with at least thirty days' notice before it applies to your next renewal.

Non-payment may lead to suspension. We will give notice before suspending an account for this reason.

We work to keep the service available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be notified in advance where practical.

The service is provided on an 'as is' basis. We do not warrant that it will be free of errors or that it will meet every requirement you may have.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or loss of data to the extent it could have been avoided by your own backups and exports.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may terminate for material breach that is not remedied within thirty days of written notice.

On termination your data remains available for export for ninety days, after which it is deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
